My name is Gordon Lee, principal of GLee Marketing Consulting. I have extensive experience in the publishing industry spanning many continents and providing many lasting & positive memories.
My goal is simple, to provide you with marketing services that will help you reach more customers, get them to buy your products and ensure that they remain loyal users for many years to come.
My career has taken me from London where I traveled across Europe as a trade book representative for W. W. Norton before shifting to the Higher Ed division where I have worked in locations as wide-ranging as Hell, Norway (where I burst an eardrum) to Hilo in Hawaii. I have sold textbooks across the whole of Europe and the entire West Coast of the USA and those experiences were fundamental in helping me understand customers' needs. These were rich and invaluable experiences as I moved into Marketing roles at Pearson and more recently Cengage Learning. In all of those roles, I have been inspired by learners and have been humbled by their doggedness in achieving their dreams.
